Kumar Mrinal is the co-founder and CTO of Benlycos. He is a technology expert with 18+ years of experience in which he worked as a Project scientist at IIT Delhi for 4 years and was a part of the first 4G deployments in India. For over a decade after he pursued his masters from Rutgers University post the IITD role he was on the founding team of 3 different startups all working on the WiFi space making network devices do exceptional things.
As the CTO of Benlycos, Kumar has played a critical role in driving the company’s growth and success. He has focused on building scalable tech that has proved to be the key differentiator Benlycos products carry in the market. The versatile, Benlycos-Advanced Bonding technology stack(B-ABT) has been the corner stone of high performance that was a brain child of Kumar which he built by guiding his team at every step to make sure the customers are delighted.
Kumar’s focus on customer satisfaction has also helped to improve revenue and drive business growth. He has a keen eye for identifying customer benefits and developing effective strategies to capitalize on them though product features they end up loving. Kumar’s product feature extensions have also been instrumental in winning new clients and retaining existing ones.
